Deposits, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 6 adults and 2 children unless by prior arrangement.

  • Initial deposit: $300 Security deposit confirms and holds reservation.  On your arrival, your Security deposit converts to a Damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your
    deposit is returned to you within 15 days of your departure.
- No damage is done to the home or its contents.
- No linens or household items are missing.
- Check-in no earlier than 3 pm. Check-out no later than noon.
- The house has not been smoked in.

  • Advance Payment and Balance: Half the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.  Full payment is due 21 days prior to arrival.


  • Refunds and Cancellations:  60-day notice is required for cancellations without payment penalty.  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within 60 days of arrival date will forfeit half the payment unless we are able to re-book your reserved dates.  Cancellations made 21 days or less before arrival forfeit entire payment unless we are able to rebook your reserved dates.
